Healing movement for body, mind and spirit. Relax and “let go” with candlelight Qi Gong, Tai Chi and a closing meditation. Class includes instruction in the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi which has been shown to reduce stress and chronic pain, increase mindfulness, muscle tone and balance.
Registration preferred, but not required.
Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m./weekly
Ages: 18 & up, and youth 12 -17 with a participating adult.
Fee: $15/class, 7th class is free
