Become centered and relaxed while toning and strengthening your body as you learn Qi Gong and Tai Chi.
This is a gentle, yet full body workout that closes with a short meditation.
Classes consist of relaxing music, breath work, Qi Gong warm ups, instruction in the Yang Style Short Form and meditation.
$15/class OR $90/7 classes, Ages 18 years and up
Some benefits of a regular Tai Chi practice may include reduced stress and anxiety, improved balance, tones and strengthens muscles.
